Ross Stanley is the Regional Operations Manager for The Advanced Group’s Southwest Queensland region, having joined Advanced Cleaning in 2022. He brings a strong background in hospitality and customer service, successfully transitioning into commercial cleaning with a particular focus on the tertiary education sector. Ross takes a hands-on approach to managing complex operational challenges, especially stakeholder relationships within institutions like Queensland TAFE, Goodstart Early Learning Centres, the Department of Transport, and the Department of Primary Industries.

Holding a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Ross leverages his diverse cleaning experience and safety expertise to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery. His practical leadership enables seamless coordination across varied client requirements while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
